If your recipient is not available when we arrive, we want to make sure your flowers are safe and beautifully presented. Here’s what we do:
- Our driver will attempt delivery to a trusted neighbour and leave a notification card at the recipient’s address detailing where the flowers have been safely left.
- If no neighbour is available, the flowers will be left in a safe place just outside (weather permitting) and a notification card will provide details.
- As a last resort, we will return the flowers to our shop and contact the recipient for redelivery at a convenient time.
